Given what you've said you should grab the 150rb. If you're intimidated by the YZ and don't plan on racing it, it probably isn't the bike for you. Two strokes aren't particularly great for trails and need to be ridden flat out almost constantly, the 150 on the other hand will allow you to ride at your own pace and will probably be a bit more versatile. That said, if you want the best of both worlds maybe take a look at the 250f range, even if it's a bit high for you, you could lower it a tad. Personally I'd take the YZ 125 as I love to race and ride track all the time, but if I rode trail and wasn't a keen racer I'd be grabbing a four stroke that fits me nice and comfortably.

If you don't sit comfortable on the 125 and you are intimidated by it then you'll have troubles getting used to it and the top end power (power band) on them are powerful and you can get yourself hurt since you aren't necessarily fit to it and used to it but the crf 150rb would be perfect because one it is a race bike they race with 85cc two strokes and since you sit comfortably on it and aren't intimidated by it you'll have a way better chance at handling the power and since its a four stroke the power is all right there you'll thave a fun experience on if and you can move up to a bigger size!
