I don't want to tell you what your story will be about, so I'll tell you how to come up with it yourself. Its hard to give a plot for characters you dont know. Your story should focus on your characters, not what happens to them. If they just get pushed through your plot it won't make for a very good story. If you're stuck right now, develop your characters, Mercedes and Sebastion. I like to go into Google Docs, Microsoft Word, etc. and create "interviews" with my characters. Think of as many questions about them as you can-- they don't even need to be anything that appears in the story later on-- and give answers from the chosen character's perspective. This will help a lot in understanding your character. Understanding your character will help you in seeing how they react to the setting you make for them. For example, Sebastian and Mercedes's personalities will tell you how much they speak to each other, how well they know each other, and how the plot forms with these two. And, like I said, the questions can be very random. I ask my characters what their favorite food is, for example. I almost never use it specifically with a story but if two characters have similar tastes, it can make it easier to show that they are friends.

Writer's block although annoying is not something that other people can solve. It is very tempting and I'm sure that some of these answers may help you in your creative process but I can almost ensure that you will be stumped again. I recommend that you start from ground zero with these characters. Before you make the setting, the plot or any other kind of ground you have to first creative the characters. As a writer you have to understand them. This will lead to a self written plot, easy dialog, and a realistic setting.
