It took 2-3 days for them to completely thaw, so they have been completely thawed maybe for 2-4 days, in the package there fine, rinse them good, I wash all my poultry in a salt water solution, season and roast,, most times at 350 d F it take 35-50 minutes depending on the size, you test them like a chicken.

A week is fine since they defrosted and held in a refrigerator with air tight original wrap.

They have not been defrosted a week. They have only been defrosted a couple days. Cook them today. Do NOT rinse.
