Yes. Your engine will not be at optimum temperature averytime.

It would take longer to warm up because the non-existent thermostat is allowing the coolant to constantly circulate. So yes the car is using more gas. But more importantly, WHY have you removed the thermostat from your vehicle???? That is a very crucial part of its cooling system.

It all boils down to the temperature of the cylinder walls. Lower operating temperature and the walls cause a significant snuffing action preventing complete combustion of the air fuel mix.

Not really, the amount of fuel it may use more is so tiny that in your life time, you will never notice any differences
