Condensation is water right? Where does water come from inside the house? You and me because every time we exhale we breath out water vapour and CO2 which has to go somewhere. The temperature inside the house will make no difference we just have to open the windows occasionally to let some of that water vapour out.

When heated moist air comes into contact with cold surface it condenses just as it is used in distilling, a good dehumidifier should help a lot as will getting double glazed windows, humidifier of course being the less expensive route.
