Your best bet is to look at the website of the medical school you want to attend and see what they require for entry into the psychiatry program. Failing that, you should speak to an academic counselor at the medical school.

You can major in anything you want. I worked with a physician whose major was dance. She often joked that if she hadn't gone into medicine, she would be unemployed. So what you need to do is since not everyone gets into medical school, you want to make sure your major is sensible. If you cannot get a job with your undergrad, you need to get a master degree in neurobiology, or go on and get a doctorate.
