Range of times or detection windows during which nicotine can be detected by blood test is 2-4 days. If you have consumed nicotine in such period of time than it will be detected else it wont.

There is such a test, it is unlikely they will do it unless a parent asks.
If you have to worry about adults finding out that you smoke, you are too young to make life damaging decisions - like smoking - I would quit while you are ahead.
