Are the cows supposed to be there? Will you be leaving them if you sell the property? Presuming your land / property is not amillionaire's mansion, i don't see why the prescence of cows should affect the alnd value - i like cows!

If you are planning to sell the property along with cows then it will increase the price. This can happen if you are not intending to take the cows with you.
