Its up to the discretion of the Judge The judge can not "force" you to hire a lawyer All you have to do is bring the paperwork that you own the LLC simple as that if they ask who you are state you are the owner simple as that

No. You won't need one anyway. Evictions are pretty simple. The landlord can not be forced to rent to anyone against their will. So, unless the tenant presents evidence they may actually own the place there is no argument. The "trial" may last 5 minutes.

An attorney is not required for eviction. Doesn't matter the type ownership. Google Florida Statutes Chapter 83 and review.

Some states have laws requiring an LLC to use a lawyer for eviction. Laws on eviction are different in every state and are very complicated....you should find out what your state's eviction law says if you are going to be a landlord.
