This is a common symptom of a failing router (or one which is slightly mis-configured). Start by factory resetting the router by pressing the pinhole on the back until you hear the clear and hold for 30 seconds. Let it reboot and reconfigure the wifi. If you still have problems then look at getting a new router. See if an other device will work on it. If your cell phone will work and not get booted try to reinstall the drivers for you wireless adapter. If the cell phone gets kicked off the network then it's your router that's bad. Try to reinstall it but be ready to get a new router.
