What is your browser which you're using? If you've downloaded browsers software like: Chrome, Firefox, ...etc Yes, you should uninstall all of them then uninstall your browser too. After that, restart your computer then reinstall browsers, I think that you can solve your problem with this solution. Good luck

Go to your control panel and choose uninstall a program. You can uninstall any unwanted installed program.

Maybe try System Restore and go back to when it worked Start > type in 'System Restore'
