If your boyfriend has used the Auspost tracking service you will receve emails to let you know where the package is. At the moment it's likely to be at a sorting facility before going through Australian Customs. So the status might change in a day or two. You should allow seven to ten working days before you receive your package, more if it gets held up in US Customs.

Not all packages are trackable. You do have to pay for tracking.

Hi Sorry to hear that you cannot track your parcel. That sounds very frustrating. Not all our international services offer online tracking as a feature of the product. From what you have advised, your parcel does not have online tracking as a feature. As a general rule we ask you to allow 3-10 business days for delivery of a registered international item.
