Christianity or Religion in general and taught to Believe ? Do you mean "Forced Indoctrination" That already goes on in Homes around the World. The Atrocities committed in the Name of some Barbaric Belief that still exist today is it Condoned, Accepted ? Yes by it's Followers

We look at Noah's ark , Jonah and the whale, and messiah's who wait until people have been on earth for hundreds of thousands of years without any relief. A 2thousand year old myth isn't worth our time.

Religion prolongs, and even instigates conflict. It should stop conflict, but patently does not.

I'm going to call Poe based on the additional details. To answer your question, we'll start with the crusades, and move quickly on to the witch hunts. Even now, there are children being killed for alleged witchcraft based on that which it written in the Bible.
