You could have bent the rim-have it checked.

You either twisted the tire on the rim or bent the rim. Does the rim wobble too, or just the tire?

5 mph may have been too much. You bent something (the wheel?). Put it up on a jack and watch it spin.

The suspension on your elantra is designed to absord impacts such as this. Being it is at such a low speed, you most likely have bent the bead on the outside of the rim or bent the rim on the center hub where the lug nuts go. Raise the wheel off of the ground and spin the wheel to check for runout in the rim and/or tire. Make sure the parking brake is on, car on level ground and trans is in neutral, engine off. If you have a bent rim, you will see a wobble in the tire and the rim bead. Need to get to the dealer for repairs. Aftermarket rims are not a good investment as they tend to be a thinner metal and will bend even more easily, and wheel covers tend to not fit properly
