I personally like subbed anime, but my friend who despises subs and prefers dubs always tells me that he just hates having to basically read an entire show. It distracts him and he'd rather have the show dubbed in English so that he can focus on the show and not have to worry about reading everything on the screen. He prefers to listen rather than read I guess.

I personally prefer subbed over dubbed the way of the Americans dubbed animes are really overacted y'know? <_< they try a lot to make their sound cuter and deeper like Japanese dubbers do and from my point of view Japanese and Filipino dudes are the only one(two's) who can dubbed animes without getting me irritated or frustrated with their voices I think THOSE people who hate subbed animes are just like totally lazy of reading stuffuss~ (no offense > >")

I prefer it to dub. Not because I hate English voice actors(I do) but becasue of changes to the story. Things are added, removed or changed all together in the English dubs of many anime.

I Prefer Subbed As Well. The Dubbed Voices Are Just Not For Me. When I Watch Certain Anime's In English Dubbed I Just Can't Take It Serious Because English Dubbed Will Never Catch The Voice And Expression When A Japanese Person Does It. When I Watch Naruto In Japanese I See The Character Sad, Devoted, And Meaningful. When I Watch It In English, It's Like Im Hearing A Child Complain. Thats Just Me.

I'd rather watch subbed animes In my opinion Japanese voicers are far better then the dub just because they suit the character there voicing more then the people trying to dub the anime
