I agree with James. They choose to focus only on their special abilities. They refuse to even acknowledge other people's capabilities.

They have a case of Specialness Disease (SD). They feel better about themselves by tearing others down. There are people that don't have much in the way of skills or talent do this. They are jealous of others that are talented or have certain skills and so they try to act like such people are not that great and that they wasted their time trying to obtain their skills or talent.
