Well to be honest you probably don't need supplements, and if your principle aim is to control your body fat it may be a bad idea. Protein supplements only really come into their own when your actively trying to build muscle and even then only after you've got a good start. Its possible that if your dieting and training your vitamin needs might be higher so a general multivit might be useful but protein would only be used as an alternative calorie source.
