When Jesus Christ reveals Himself to you, IT'S A POWERFUL THING. Baptism is done depending on the denomination. Mainly though, baptism is done by full immersion. Read the apostle Paul's speech on Mar's Hill. (Acts seventeen) It is a good example of how the Holy Spirit convicts those who receive the truth. Jesus declared that the Holy Spirit would convict the world of sin (John 16:8-11). He said the Holy Spirit would testify (John 15:26-27). He said the Holy Spirit would speak, revealing the truth, and certain things to come (John 16:13). The Word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). The Word of God is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:14). The gospel is the power of God to save (Romans 1:1.6).
