Double check the wires, one has to be a dimmer control. If technical support is saying that the light green wire is causing a problem, then connect it.

The parking brake wire is a safety feature. It's meant to ensure that when you're using certain applications, the vehicle is not in motion. Picture adjustment is one of the functions that Pioneer would rather you don't play around with while you're driving down the road. If the parking brake wire is connected properly, then the feature will be available when the vehicle is stopped and the parking brake is set.

Try downloading the owner's manual or just take a look at it online,all the answer's are in it.Or Youtube in the car audio area try ( wiring diagram and then your type head unit.) a video is worth a thousand word's.

Try connecting light green with yellow. This is the same effect as th brake switch being applied.
