Start doing physical activitys. Work out hard. Ull be so tired ull fall asleep without pills. But that's only if you willing to do intense back to back exercises

exercise, meditate, relax, warm bath, will help you sleep. avoid tea coffee, worries. pickup a heavy complicated boring book and try to read it.
