My bogeys are only green in the daytime.... at night they are black unless I turn my bedside light on and then they are luminous purple.... I asked the doctor about my bogeys but he didn't seem interested which was weird because he was a BUPA GP. Regarding the wall sticking issue I'm not too sure but I will make sure I raise the issue with the decorators next week when then come to paint my ward...

No, if they are green there is something wrong and they are infected! Get to a doctor straight away!!
