It will depend how close the other car was when you pulled out - you could be to blame for pulling out into the path of an oncoming vehicle, they could be to blame for going to fast and failing to stop in time, or an insurer could decide that you share the blame. You need to get your story straight as well - what you have said there is contradictory. You have said that you had finished turning, and then that you were hit while reversing - if you had finished turning, you were no longer reversing!

Usually the person reversing will be liable......but......Only the involved insurance companies can, do and will determine liability. You are wasting your time asking here. Our opinions don't count.
