I have been looking on youtube and google I found a site that only mentions her as being the '' beautiful blonde woman on the beach he is singing to'' I am not sure who she is but she could be famous or not. Might be ''Elsa'' but I don't think so as she is in some of his videos 2nd link. Sorry I can't be of more help as video is very bad quality on youtube.
