If by after work you mean 5/6 ish then I'd say the three elms as it is really big inside so can easily accommodate 20 people in the many sections that are there. Drinks are also cheap too and its friendly with good smoking facilities too for those that smoke. Although if you are talking later on at about 8/9 maybe somewhere else would be better as it can get filled with teens and get a bit busy. The malsters is nice but is small so probably not a good idea as there are so many of you and its busy. Royal oak I haven't been in that much but seems a bit dreary and it has its regulars that may not come across as very friendly and I don't think its too big. The plough has been renovated so is more of a bistro pub type thing, its nice enough if you're having a meal out but not sure about going there for a drink from work to be honest. The fox and hounds is good and has a big beer garden which is nice and they could accommodate you. That can be busy sometimes but is usually ok. Overall I'd pick between the elms and fox and hounds (they've both got decent car parks and are large enough for all your colleagues and are friendly places) Hope this helps, let me know which one you decide lol
