If you do some study first in Canada then that will be beneficial and then could work for 2 years after which PR could be applied.

Neither will get you to Canada. Besides, those who already have PR in Canada have been complaining for a couple of years that despite their degrees & experience, they cannot find any work whatsoever. Others complain that despite master's degrees, experience, etc, the only job they can get is janitor. Immigration to Canada has been too high for too long. New, more stringent requirements for immigration have not solved the problem yet. Canada is not presently generating enough new jobs for Canadian-born citizens to find work. Liberal arts? Commerce? No qualifications whatsoever for immigration. And no jobs or employment visas for you outside your country of citizenship. You need to remain in your own country and work there.
