abs are made in the kitchen as much as the gym....eat lots of veggies, drink tons of water, and avoid sugar, fast food, pizza, basically anything highly processed. How long it takes depends on your level of exercise and diet....as well as your genetics...which you can do nothing to change..

You need less than 10% body fat, so the best way would be to diet, and burn calories - go jogging! And as for getting the muscles, the id recommend sit-ups - the best thing to do! Be prepared to work hard, and when you finally get there, make sure you keep it!

Hey many people believe spot reduction is impossible but its not. try a non surgical treatment such as CACI Body Toning or Micro current. Faradic is good but its a lower pulse of treatment. yes there not mega cheap BUT it works. And it is only used on the areas you want it on. i went from size 16 to size 12 in just 3 sessions its advised to have 10-15 per area you need to drink lots of water before and after the treatment and excersize like bit of skipping 30mins everyday. but i advise it.

Just do 3x32 upright crunches a few times per week. That works for me. The abs don't need a big workout as they are small muscles. But you should be doing full body workouts so your body stays proportional. And yes your % body fat should be at 12% and under to see the abs.
