Not to state the obvious but Ivar's on Pier 54 is a fun experience with good fish & chips & chowder. The Athenian, also in downtown area (as seen in Sleepless in Seattle) has good fish & chips & fish tacos. While in Pike Street Market area, there are several little coffee shops with cool views. Or visit Seattle Coffee Works to go bar & sip as you wander around. If you have a car & want to see some of the surrounding area while here, Sammamish Cafe in Sammamish has great breakfasts, as does the Maltby Cafe in Snohomish, (Antique haven as well) or the Grange Cafe in Duvall. Each are about half hr from downtown Seattle. Sahara Pizza in Duvall is also really awesome. Nijo Sushi in downtown Seattle is good, or I Love Sushi on Lake Union or Blue C Sushi in downtown Seattle. You didn't mention Dim Sum but no trip to the NW is complete without Dim Sum & the International District has several good ones: Jade Garden or Purple Dot Cafe. I am a wino so can't help out on the beer part. Have fun!
