You can just move it back yourself.

The reporting system is broken and writing to customer care or Answer Team is useless. I know Carol moves my questions I answer when she knows I gave a better answer then her.

You can MOVE YOUR OWN questions to where ever you want them to be. Since YA and a whole bunch of of Yahoo products are transitioning over to To qol/Verizon right now. NO ONE KNOWS WHO to email to to report ACCOUNTS. And community moderation as been down except for few hours to 4 days 3 weeks ago since December, 5/6, 2016. Yahoo has NO STAFF LEFT, even though you can still email customer care and the answers teams. You CAN MOVE your own questions. Yahoo has NOT changed YA's format in in # YEARS. The flog icon that OPENS the rpeort page is "hidden' in the upper right corner of questions and answers, but you CANNOT report your own question or answer.. You CAN MOVE your question by left clicking or tapping the "Edit" button underneath YOUR question if it is open OR the pencil icon in your question list in Your YA activity profile.. Left click the "edit category". If you get a list of subcategories, left click or tap "All in the upper left corner to get a list of categories.. Select the category, than the subcategory by left clicking or tapping, then left click or tap "submit" Most of the format problems YA was having a month and 2 months ago have been FIXED, But IF you are using a mobile device, it STILL HAS to be in desktop mode. Yahoo DID move THAT option too underneath the Menu button of the browser. For Google Chrome, that's the three vertical dots in the upper RIGHT corner. ALL account levels can move their own questions.
