Well i talked to a psychologist about that and it truly helped me out. Do u take any medications that say on the bottle "may cause suicidal thoughts and actions?" Or if u don't have a psychologist around talk to your doctor about ways or things that u can do so u don't think about those things. Have u seen those commercials that people need money now! and they can't afford to pay for it right away. i would try and check in with one of those type of things. (if u can) I wish the best of luck to u and HOPEFULLY a Merry Christmas! I hope i helped u out> :)

Christmas is a tough time. Google "crisis services" plus the name of your city or town. You'll get phone numbers to call and talk with somebody. It's all confidential and free, it doesn't even show up on your phone bill. In my experience, the people are trained and really good. They can help you brainstorm, or connect you with places to get food, or just help get your feelings out. That's what they're for. They will ask if you're feeling suicidal. If you say you aren't, then they'll believe you. Good luck!
