Any printing shop should be able to make the labels for you. The typical process is to capture an image and then print the image on an appropriate printer. Here is one shop on the internet that will print them for you: http://www.gcsescience.com/pme6.htm There are some new regulations starting in 2015: https://www.osha.gov/Publications/HazComm_QuickCard_Labels.html It seems that the US is going to conform to UN world wide labeling so you have to decide if you are looking for the present label or the future one. When you are asking for a 12" label it sounds more like you are looking for a DOT vehicle marking: http://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/safety-security/hazmat/complyhmregs.htm A material data safety sheet: http://www.papco.com/doc/MSDSBiodieselb20.pdf
