Your state has that information online, along with the forms you need to file. Here are a few examples since I don't know what state you're in: http://www.tn.gov/labor-wfd/faq_ui.html https://uitax.nvdetr.org/er_welcome

You need to do that before you are open for business. You already have one employee -- yourself -- and you are required to pay yourself a reasonable salary commensurate with the work that you do within the corporation. Since you already have an employee, you must fully set up your payroll system, including state unemployment taxes before you cut the first paycheck.

you don't enroll in FUTA it is automatic when you get your EIN to start paying employees you will need to maintain good records and when you have reached an amount of deposit that requires predeposit, you may possibly be depositing no less than each quarter when you get your state ID number you will file those quarterly returns and the unemployment tax of your state will be included on each quarterly return

Is it actually a corporation or an LLC? If LLC, did you elect to be taxed as an S-corp?
