Two way you can go here go buy a new bulb and replace the faulty one or- swap the light bulbs and see if the problem follows the bulb - if so Change the bulb. Otherwise you will need to check the wiring. But I suspect almost - 99.99% it is a blub

try to swap the bulbs if possible. then if the same side still wont come on, there is something in the wireing. if the side that came on wont come on now, its the bulb.

Replace both. They usually burn out close at same time anyway.

Most likely issue is the low beam filament is burnt out on the side that isn't working. Many of the headlight bulbs as well as tail/brake light bulbs today contain two filaments, its not uncommon for one to go before the other. Solution is to replace the bulb.
