I would say- if I HAD to choose- Taco Bell. You can get their veggie cantina bowl which actually is pretty tasty. Salads from McDonalds (if you exclude the crutons and the dressing).

Answer #3 | 20/12 2013 09:28
Chipotle. I lost 15 pounds eating plenty of Chipotle. You gotta do the Burrito bowl, brown rice, no sour cream or cheese. Subway is okay, but the bread is so many carbs. Definitely get wheat bread if you go to subway.

fried eggplant, you may think this is a joke but trust me, basically almost anything fried is bad for you, and is considered fast food: fried bacon, fried potato, its all bad for ya! however Fried eggplant is actually really healthy for you, tastes great and as a bonus is considered fast food cause it can be found in the white castle menu :)

Easily Taco Bell they use all 100% fresh ingredients made in front of you!
Answer #18 | 20/12 2013 13:17
Not sure who has the healthiest selection (excess corn, soy, and GMOs seem to be in everything), but it's more about what she eats when she's at any fast food joint. It's the starchy high carb foods that spike the blood sugar, raise insulin, and pile the weight on fast. So make sure she goes easy on the sugary stuff, potatoes, foods made from corn, deep-fried/batter-dipped anything, breads, and pastas and focuses more on veggies and some meat. Something like a grilled chicken salad would be good, but if she has to have that cheeseburger then toss out the bun.

I would say Chic Fil A and Subway. Most of their food is calorie friendly. Just be careful with the milkshakes. They are loaded with calories.

Answer #33 | 20/12 2013 19:03
There is no such thing as healthy fast food. If your sister cares anything at all about her health and her weight she needs to stay out of fast food restaurants and learn what real food tastes like. Fresh food prepared by an actual chef.
