There would never have been Greeks, no Romans, no Holy Roman Empire, no Spanish Empire, No British Empire, etc

they invented the numbers , wheel , mathematics , calender , cloths , cooking , hunting , marrying , social order, so if they never existed we would be living in the stone age.

Hard to say. but unlike what little the western nations think of people who fall under the spectrum of middle eastern, There is a great deal of old inventions & languages and important ideas that have come from different parts of Middle East. Peace.

we probably wouldn't have had wheels. they invented them. other than i guess it would be the same. Akkadian civilization would have flourished in both ways.
