well I think that is a questions similar to If a baby's leg pops out at 11:59 pm, then its head comes out at 12:01, which day was it born on? but I'd have to say your last name would be smith. But, you might want to look at your birth certificate.

Look on your birth certificate and see what surname you were registered with....................

It is the one they gave you on your birth certificate. It could be Smith, Johnson, Smithson, Johnith, Smith-Johnson or Johnson-Smith. Children born to unmarried women usually get their mother's last name, unless she and the father have been living together for several years, in which case the child gets his name, but there are no laws about it.

well I suggest to ask your parents, if you're unable too for some reason then purchase your birth certificate, unless your parents have it, but asking your parents or looking at your birth certificate would be the best and only options hope I've helped in some way :)

You last name it the name that is on your birth certificate. Your parents should know what it is and I would suggest that your ask them.
