If you have a generally healthy varied diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables, you won't need to take any additional vitamins as you're already getting more than enough from your food. Taking additional vitamins won't yield any additional benefits. Fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) are actually toxic in excess. You don't need to take any supplements to build muscle. Supplements only exist to give you something that you're not getting from your diet. If your diet is perfect, you don't need any supplements at all. To learn about diet, read this and this

for sure at the gym you go you have seeing those body builders supplements containing all essential aminoacids, some essential fatty acids some vitamins . Ask some other members of your club which one they take and why.
