If you really have that much malware, I heavily recommend you to reformat your computer and start fresh as there is a good chance that there are other, hidden viruses. Remember to back up your important files prior to this (scan this prior to moving it back onto a clean machine). I also advise you to brush on computer security, especially downloading/clicking links of unknown vendors, as this will help reduce your malware issue.

Delete the files before uninstalling. Files in quarantine are no longer active files, and will have no effect on your system. Quarantine is basically solitary confinement.
