If it's a CRT TV sling it and get something modern.

its going to cost you about $100 to have some one look at if you can find anybody then the parts alone will cost at least another $150 if they can find any' because its one of the color modulator or tube going out and then when fixed it might last a year or so before another one goes out you can get a 32" HDTV for under $300 that's on sale maybe even bigger

Buy new TV, cost of parts and no guarantee of fix makes it a risky move. There a many sites available to help you find a good online deal on tv.

Give it away...I guess your green color FET or color gun is bad when dropped. It probably will cost you at least $100 and above to fix it. Get a new 32" led tv for $180-$350 depending on the model and type at BestBuy. Trust me, you will be glad you did get a new one because the color and the sharpness is 100% better and you save energy too :o)

I don't recommend trying to fix the set yourself, as those older sets had lethal voltages inside that are too easy to "bite" you. If you know someone who truly knows TV sets, and they owe you a favor..... well... otherwise it's time to take it to a recycle center. Keep in mind that you can replace it with an undamaged 32" CRT set for very cheap.
