So here is the deal, your car has like a mind of its own, So its going to make a sound when you open the door. Is there a sound when rolling down the windows? Good, thats just the car making its car sound. So, anymore questions?

Let's just pretend this is a legitimate question. As IF you actually own a Panamera. Why, oh why, haven't you simply gone straight to the dealer and batted your pretty little eyes at the technician there, and have him explain it to you??

I don't own a Panamera so am not familiar with that particular model but I have owned a bunch of Porsche's, Audi's and Mercedes Benz's. On the Audi, the locks are activated by an air pump which sits in the trunk. As my Audi got older, the air bladder developed a leak and so upon locking or unlocking the doors, the pump would run for a really long time. Still worked but just didn't sound healthy. My guess is there's a similar mechanism in the Panamera. German design from Audi to Porsche and Mercedes Benz even can be remarkably similar so I wouldn't at all be surprised if this is your exact problem. Another good place to get answers on all things Porsche is, go to the Panamera forum specifically.
