Your mother doesn't need to worry about her high biliruben levels, but she needs to address her cirrhosis problem. High biliruben levels will occur with cirrhosis and the only cure for that is to get rid of the cirrhosis. They will stay high as long as she has cirrhosis. There is no cure for cirrhosis other than a liver transplant. She should find out if she will need a liver transplant and if they think she will need one, then she must go to a transplant center to talk to them about getting one. They will do an evaluation there to see if she can qualify or not. If her cirrhosis is from alcohol abuse, they will require 6 months of sobriety under the care of a doctor before they will even begin to consider her for one or to even be evaluated. Alcoholics who manage to get a transplant can never drink alcohol again.

Does she not have a doctor you can speak to? Some one had to order her labs.
