DON'T allow any form of moisture to get into your PS4 - water and electricity do not mix! Rely on the fact that the designers have installed enough fans in the PS4 - make sure you place it on a flat surface and that none of the air-vents are blocked.

Lose the ice pack if you weren't kidding; the condensation inside (if it's able to form any) will kill the electronics, or at least cause corrosion. The boards and wires aren't all coated. If you've got a good laptop chill mat, that should do the most good. Get one that'll handle the largest laptop, with mutliple fans. Keep it in an area that's open, not enclosed, and not near or on top of any other electronics that are up and running. Ideally, if you have access to an ammonia heatpipe system, that's the way to go. That's how we do it on the ISS. But not likely. If you get one of the stands, it'll help also to keep the airflow around more even. Personally, I wouldn't sweat it. The PS4 is designed to run at the temp it's running at, and has a lot more cooling efficiency than the PS3 did, as well as more thermal protection. Personally, I just have mine raised up several inches to allow more airflow underneath until I get a stand.
