trust me i lived in spain in years and served practically anyone. i think 18, but the Spaniards are a lot more sensible with their drinking habits, that's why it's not really an issue. you don't need to dress up. If you do then the bartender will no doubt think you are younger than you actually are. Ignore the idiot that said 16 all over Europe. Last time I looked, Britain was part of Europe, and it's 18 here. Fool

I think its 18, but I used to get served when I was 15 and I was really young looking! Dress up anyway, let your hair down and have fun!

actually i thought it was 16 or maybe even younger. I wondered the same when holidaying there cos my daughter owes me a beer :))
