It's highly unlikely that doing nothing will help lose weight. Consider starting an exercise routine with a consistent diet.

You can't really lose weight by doing nothing. Dieting can help but you have to get some cardio(biking, jump rope, etc) in to lose weight. Don't try the diet pills or anything as they have horrible side effects and don't really work. You can't do nothing and lose weight, otherwise the obesity rate in America wouldn't be so high. I recommend exercise. Just go on YouTube and look up cardio exercises. Good Luck!
