Yes,you can loose weight.But it's not a helthy way. You should raise to at least half of what you need. And get enough rest after work, sometimes do some sports.

Um, yes, obviously.. you're probably around a -2000 calorie deficit, which is REALLY not healthy. Whenever you get lightheaded during a workout, you should STOP. At a minimum, you should be consuming 1200 calories a day + the amount you are burning and still be losing weight. It's really important that you lose weight in a HEALTHY way. Results from drastic dieting like what you're doing are usually temporary. If you keep that up, when you do start eating more calories, your body will gain weight more quickly again.

uhhh....that sounds like you have anorexia and i would reccomend seeing your doctor about that. Your body is in starvation mode and your organs can/are shut down. Also, if you keep going like that you can go into cardiac arrest. So i would really suggest talking to your dr about that as it is extremely dangerous
