Hey many people believe spot reduction is impossible but its not. try a non surgical treatment such as CACI Body Toning or Micro current. Faradic is good but its a lower pulse of treatment. yes there not mega cheap BUT it works. And it is only used on the areas you want it on. i went from size 16 to size 12 in just 3 sessions its advised to have 10-15 per area you need to drink lots of water before and after the treatment and excersize like bit of skipping 30mins everyday. but i advise it.

Do alot of cardio, walk for at least 30 minutes a day then progress to jogging. Here is a workout that you can start doing. Do at least one of each then work your way to a complete set. Pushups/plyo pushups (clapping)- 10 reps Walking lunges- up 10 steps back, 10 steps Lunge Jumps- 6 each side Bodyweight squats- 12 res Mountain Climbers- 30 seconds Squat jumps- 8 reps Side Plank- 30 seconds on each side Lying leg thrusts on floor- 12 reps 2 minutes of rest then repeat circuit 3+ times. DO NOT GIVE UP
