It means roughly "already I bring to you." You have to know something about the situation, the thing being brought, and the timing of it all for it to make complete sense. Some expressions are like that. If I said, "You've got it," and asked you what that means, you might come up with one or two meanings that are not at all what I meant. You really need to know more information.
