I would be interested to know what it was an advert for because it is certainly not a measurement conversion. There are 3 feet in one yard and therefore there are 3*3 = 9 square feet in a square yard. 150 square yards = 1350 square feet 200 square yards = 1800 square feet. You will notice that The first example = 150sqyds / 948 sft The third example = 150 sqyds / 1730 sft If these were a measurement conversion they should be the same amounts. Edit a thought occured to me. Could the 150 square yards be the area of land say and the 948 square feet be the area of a building on the land? Therefore the areas relate to two different things. (although this could not apply to the example where the land (150 sqyds < building 1730 sft)
