Driving under the speed limit and left lane drivers are 2 of the worst things a driver can do, especially a slow moving left lane driver.

Cutting you off implies just that...that the person pulled right in front of you usually causing you to react quick. I hate these type of people. Especially the ones that are making a turn then decide they would rather go straight and without checking blind spots just pull right out into your lane. too many close calls....Yes you should be going the speed limit...however.....IMO it should be their fault because they are supposed to look! It sounds though like this guy was mad and wanted to show you up. These people cause accidents..

Their fault. They changed lanes without due care and attention. It is legal to drive slower than the speed limit.

What if you take their plate number and call the police, especially if they repeat the same thing two times.
