I live in the mountains so I know what you mean about lots of sharp curves. When someone is tailgating me, I just get out of their way. I'm a first responder and I've seen too many ugly accident scenes because people think it's a game to "brake test" a tailgater.

Tap your brakes so the lights shine. If not put your hand out the window and wave them on. If they don't get the message then proceed to give them the middle finger.

Call 911 with their plate number and say they're a drunk driver.
Answer #4 | 17/12 2013 16:46
You slow down until where you can pull over to the side.
Answer #5 | 20/12 2013 10:55
1/ a light tap on the brakes 2/ gradually slow down 3/ if they still don't get the message stand on your brakes
Answer #6 | 18/12 2013 12:03
change speeds often. If you are doing 60, and someone tailgates you, gradually slow down to 57. If they still tailgate, then speed back up to like 62. As they tailgate again, slow back down to 57, then to 55. After a few times they will go around. That is the #1 pet peve of drivers is someone that cant keep a constant speed.
