Overhead cam engines have a gasket seal around each spark plug hole that keeps the oil out of the hole. These seals harden over time with all the heat cycles and can slowly leak oil. Have your rocker cover removed and a new seal installed. Should solve your problem. Good luck.

If the oil is on the electrode end of the plug (where the gap is) the oil could be coming thru worn valve guides, worn or hardened valve guide seals, or from worn piston rings. It would help if you could give us a better idea of what engine we're talking about here.

Seals or the gaskets on the valve cover

if the oil is only getting on the plud threads then you have a valve pan gasket leaking ! if the oil is getting on the firing tips then you have bad oil rings or bad valve seals !
